My Goals Changed My Life

Transforming lives

I help people set meaningful goals and build the clarity, structure, and momentum to actually reach them. My coaching is rooted in CliftonStrengths, but more than that, it’s built around real-life results. I’ve worked with students, professionals, and leaders who felt stuck or unsure what’s next. What they needed wasn’t more motivation. They needed a process that made sense for their life and helped them move forward with confidence. That’s what I offer.

My path hasn’t been linear. I began my career in the nonprofit sector, driven by purpose and a desire to make a difference. From there, I spent years at Duke University designing leadership programs, coaching high performers, and helping students grow with clarity and purpose. But even while achieving milestones, I was fighting battles no one could see. Gut issues, autoimmune disease, and the fallout of mold toxicity taught me what it means to survive, rebuild, and keep showing up.

A strengths-based approach

It also changed how I approached goals. I stopped chasing someone else’s version of success and started honoring what I was built for. I began setting goals that fit my strengths, respected my season, and aligned with my values. That shift brought new clarity and lasting progress. Today, that’s the mindset I bring into every coaching conversation: practical, strengths-based, and deeply personal.

Whether you're aiming for a specific milestone or searching for a fresh start, I help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be with a plan that works for your life, not against it.
